Fay Winther – Specialty Rulers Class – Plates-A-Plenty.
Fay currently teaches this popular class all over Victoria and is in great demand because of the successful results of this technique. Create plates with exciting outcomes that resemble Dresden’s, kaleidoscopes and illusions of plates that spin etc. after using these rulers with no templates. You are also taught how to look differently at fabrics to create these plates with these rulers

Yelena Elliott – 19th Century Flowers” 76” x 76”
This beautiful quilt design is based on the large 4 block quilt of the 19th Century. Red and green quilts became popular in the early part of the 19th Century as a way to brighten up the home. You can make the whole quilt or just one block, the choice is yours. In the class I will cover both techniques of appliqué (fusible and needleturn) and fast piecing methods for the sashing and outer border. This is an original design of Yelena Elliott, Beechworth Quilters Cottage.
